Matthew Weiner Roast AKA The Mad Men Account by Daniel Mendelsohn | The New York Review of Books
I grew kind of bored with Mad Men during that last season so I think Mendelsohn’s criticisms of the show are spot on. This essay is not going to make you want to re-watch any episodes but I think his point about the children in the show is really persuasive. Also, the Matthew Weiner family weiner roast tidbit from the NYT is interesting. Amazing his parents didn’t notice, don’t you think?
